STORE  POLICY

PAYMENT  AND  TAXES 

All products remain the property of  BAGMAKER until full payment is processed and received. The payment must match the agreed price set at the date on which you place your order. Any additional changes or requirements are to be charged extra and confirmed separately prior to implementation. 

All transfers held through BAGMAKER are handled and transacted through third parties. Your card payments are proseed in the correct way according to the international Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). This means that your card details are processed with a very high level of security and that your card details cannot be read by external parties. Please read the terms and conditions for the payment method chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made. If you are under 13 years old you must have parents' permission to purchase from BAGMAKER.  See more in  TERMS AND CONDITIONS  and  PRIVACY POLICY

 

Within the European Union, all orders are shipped according to the Delivery Duty Paid agreement (DDP), which means all taxes and duties are included. 

Outside the European Union, orders are shipped according to the delivery Duty Unpaid agreement (DDU), which means that all taxes and duties are not included in the final price. Depending on your location  the local charges may occur. These charges are at the customer's own expense.

SHIPPING

Sweden: Free standard shipping for Sweden. 

European Union as well as The UK, Norway and Switzerland: Free shipping for purchases over 3000 SEK. Purchases under 3000 SEK, the cost of shipping is 150 SEK. 

 

Outside the European Union we ship our products to the following countries: Australia, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Island, Japan, Liechtenstein, Mexico,  Monaco, New Zealand, South Korea, The USA, UAE. Shipping cost for the countries outside the European Unions is 250 SEK.

 

We send our products by Swedish post service Postnord. 

 

Once your package leaves our warehouse you will receive a notification that your parcel is on its way along with a tracking number. 

 

SWEDEN: For wallets and small leather items - your parcel is normally delivered straight to your mailbox. For bigger items - delivered to the nearest service point. 

 

OTHER COUNTRIES: Depending on the country you’re in, you will have different options for how to receive your parcel, more likely you will have it delivered to a service point or locker. Check your delivery options with the local providers that are handling your package.

RETURN  POLICY 

We hope that the items that you have purchased in the BAGMAKER store will be a valuable  addition to your style and everyday routine as well used on special occasions. But if it does not feel quite right, you can always return the item within 14 days from delivery.

The product has to be returned in the original packaging and without any marks of use. Please be aware that leather can be sensitive and can be easily marked, so take care.

All customized or personalized items: custom orders and samples are not eligible for return. If you have an issue with your customized or personalized order, please reach out to us with your concern and we will be happy to help you resolve it.

To proceed with the return, please contact us within 14 days since the delivery by using the CONTACT  form or our email contact@bagmaker.se  with the subject “RETURN”. You will then receive the confirmation and the return label, which will cover the return costs. The refund will be made after the item is returned to our stock in the same condition as it was sent to you.

Please note that it can take up to 10 working days for your return to be received and handled by us and up to 14 more days until the money arrives to your account depending on your chosen payment method.
